We are a small, independent charity and we rely entirely on the donations of our supporters and members to do our work.
Any amount will go directly to funding our campaigns in West Yorkshire’s countryside, for example:
£25 could help us challenge a planning application that would damage a local landscape;
£100 could help us give local communities a stronger voice in influencing the development plan policies that affect them, such as unnecessary greenfield housing;
£1000 could help us represent the case for protecting a much-loved area of countryside at a crucial public inquiry.
You can download a donation form here.
Please don’t forget to fill in the Gift Aid section if you are UK taxpayer, so each £1 you donate is worth an extra 25p to us.
Leave a legacy
Much of the work of our branch is funded by the generosity of past members. Leaving a legacy, no matter how large or small, is a fantastic way to ensure that our work to protect West Yorkshire’s precious countryside can continue for future generations. So please consider us when making a will. For more information about leaving legacies to charity, here is useful article from the Guardian website.
